Gliderports in Nevada, not forested wilderness, is where Mitch likes to camp near his powered glider, ready to slip the surly bonds in the summer working on his national ranking as a long distance soaring pilot. Mitch has a specially outfitted Hawk on a Ford F150, just built last year in time to enjoy the prime flying while on break from his vocation as a professor at the Stanford Law School.
